A Before and After Comparison
This video is taken in 2019 at a paint factory in Malaysia. We are replacing the existing condenser water pump's induction motor to EcoMoto. The retrofitting process take less than 2 hours. We are running the motors at the same speed and water pressure. You can find out how much of electric savings we can achieve at the end of the video. Thanks for watching.

HVAC in both buildings and factories contribute to the highest electricity consumption in total power generation from the grid.
Replacement to Induction Motors
Most equipment or machinery is driven by an electric motor which consume more than 90% electricity from this equipment. By retrofitting the existing motor to EcoMoto, one can save 10% to 50% of electrical energy.Main retrofit target will be the IE1, IE2 & IE3 Induction Motor 415V with 1000, 1500 & 3000 rpm.
Air Handiling Unit (AHU) Fan Motor
AHU's fan blower is driven by an electric motor which consume the 99% electricity from this equipment. By retrofitting this motor to EcoMoto, one can save 20% to 50% of electrical energy.
Water Pump Motor
Water pump is driven by an electric motor which consume the 100% electricity from this equipment.By retrofit this motor to EcoMoto, one can save 15% to 40% of electrical energy. e.g.

Cooling Tower Fan Motor
